Days 1–2 · Arrival
Bangkok
Private transfer to our riverside hotel. Welcome dinner and tour briefing, then the Grand Palace and Wat Pho.
Day 3 · Fixture 1
Bangkok
Friendly fixture against a Bangkok club, with translators. Evening on the river and at the night markets.
Days 4–5 · Kanchanaburi
Kanchanaburi · Fixture 2
Coach to Kanchanaburi. Friendly fixture against a local club, the Bridge over the River Kwai, the Allied War Cemetery and the night market.
Day 6 · Nature day
Erawan Falls
Walk Erawan's seven turquoise waterfall tiers and swim in the pools. Free evening at the riverside resort.
Day 7 · Internal flight
Khon Kaen
Return to Bangkok and fly north-east to Khon Kaen. Check-in, team dinner and championship briefing.
Days 8–12 · Championships
Khon Kaen · 20–24 November
The World Men's Triples Pétanque Championships across five days — group stages, knockouts and the finals — plus a friendly fixture against a Khon Kaen club and free time in the city.
Day 13 · Internal flight
Koh Samui / Krabi
Fly south to the coast. Long-tail boat trip, beach time and a farewell team dinner.
Day 14 · Departure
Bangkok
Internal flight to Bangkok and transfer to Suvarnabhumi, timed for the group's flights home.

A 9-day playing tour for UK clubs — three friendly fixtures against Thai clubs across Bangkok, Kanchanaburi and Hua Hin, in the country that topped the 2023 World Pétanque Championship medal table. Presented jointly with our Thai operator, Beyond Adventure (Kanchanaburi). Boules, the river, and the food — paced for adults.

Day 1
Bangkok
Arrive Suvarnabhumi. Private transfer, met by our Thai team. Welcome dinner on the Chao Phraya river.
Day 2
Grand Palace · Fixture 1
Morning at the Grand Palace and Wat Pho. Afternoon friendly against a Bangkok club at the Secret Garden court, Sukhumvit Soi 26.
Day 3
West to the River Kwai
Coach to Kanchanaburi (about 2.5 hours). The Bridge, the Death Railway Museum and the Allied War Cemetery. Riverside resort check-in.
Day 4
Erawan National Park
Walk the seven waterfall tiers, swim in the pools, picnic lunch. Evening informal boules at the resort.
Day 5
Fixture 2 · Kanchanaburi
Morning friendly with a Kanchanaburi club, arranged with the local playing community. Afternoon long-tail on the Kwai. Group dinner.
Day 6
Hellfire Pass · Death Railway
Memorial walk at Hellfire Pass, then the Death Railway train across the Tham Krasae viaduct. Evening free at the night market.
Day 7
South to Hua Hin
Coach south via Phetchaburi (about 4 hours). Afternoon at leisure. Evening at the Hua Hin night market.
Day 8
Fixture 3 · Hua Hin
Morning friendly against a Hua Hin club — an active scene with resident expatriate players. Afternoon beach or golf. Farewell dinner.
Day 9
Departure
Coach to Suvarnabhumi (about 3.5 hours), timed to the group's flight. Our team stays with the group through departures.

Stay on after Hua Hin for a quieter close to the tour on Thailand's Andaman coast — limestone karsts and longtail island days from Krabi, then a short crossing to Koh Lanta for slow beaches, sunset boules and a final seaside friendly against a local club. Presented with our Thai partners; suitable for players, partners and families.

Hua Hin → Krabi
Morning transfer to Hua Hin airport, short domestic flight via Bangkok to Krabi. Beachfront check-in at Ao Nang. Sunset boules on the sand and a Thai seafood welcome dinner.
Day 10
Four Islands · Krabi → Koh Lanta
Morning private longtail to Phra Nang, Chicken Island, Tup and Poda for snorkelling and a beach picnic. Afternoon ferry south to Koh Lanta, check-in beachfront on Klong Nin.
Day 11
Koh Lanta · slow day
Old Town walk and Sea Gypsy village visit, afternoon at Mu Ko Lanta National Park with a viewpoint hike and swim at Bamboo Bay. Evening beach barbecue.
Day 12
Fixture 4 · Koh Lanta
Morning friendly against a Koh Lanta club on a beachside piste — a warm, sociable finale with the local playing community. Afternoon at leisure, farewell dinner overlooking the Andaman.
Day 13
Koh Lanta → Departure
Late check-out, ferry and road transfer back to Krabi International for the return connection via Bangkok, timed to the group's onward flight.
